Cancellation Policy & Early Departure
For online bookings, the cancellation policy for the respective rate applies. This is listed on the booking confirmation.
Otherwise, the General Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply, unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation!
Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 3 months before arrival—no charge
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival—40% of the total cost of the trip.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival—70% of the trip price.
Within the last week before arrival—90% of the trip price;
in case of early departure—100% of the trip price
You can purchase travel cancellation insurance directly online through ERV.
If a preliminary reservation or booking is repeatedly postponed over a longer period of time or across multiple seasons, or if the preliminary reservation ultimately does not go through, a one-time processing fee of €80 will be charged.
