What can I do if I don't have a credit card and want to guarantee my reservation?
You are welcome to transfer the amount in advance.
What happens to my room if I don't make the last gondola ride (4:00 pm)?
A late arrival is definitely not possible. You will stay in the valley and take the first gondola in the morning at 7:30 am. Unfortunately, the full cancellation fee will be charged.
How far is it to the airport/train station? Is there a shuttle service to the valley station in Kaltenbach?
Innsbruck airport 60 min drive / Munich airport 2 hr. drive / Kaltenbach train station 10 min. walk
We will gladly organize a taxi upon request.
Is there a restaurant in the Albergo?
The Albergo can be booked only with half-board; we have reserved tables for breakfast and gourmet dinner.
As a hotel guest, can I invite non-hotel guests to breakfast?
Of course! For the breakfast buffet with egg dishes, vitamin shots, etc., we charge € 21.50 per person.
Where can I find/book a mountain guide or ski instructor and ski rental?

Do you have hypo-allergenic bed linens/rooms?
All rooms have wooden flooring. Hypo-allergenic bed linens are available. Please let us know when making your reservation. PS: due to the high alpine location, there is less pollution in general (no mites at an elevation over 2,000 m!)
Is there food in the Albergo for those with a lactose and gluten intolerance, wheat flour allergy, or diabetes?
Our kitchens caters to all guests with food intolerances. Please let us know when making your reservation.
Can I bring my dog with me into the hotel?
You are vacationing on the highest point in the ski area. There are only mountains and slopes around here ;-) In general, NO PETS are allowed in the Albergo.
Is there a luggage storage room?
You can store your luggage for free in the reception area before check-in on your arrival day or after check-out on your departure day.
Is the tap water of drinking water quality?
Yes! Our water comes directly from the Marendamlquelle spring.
How can I get my car to the hotel?
You have booked a mountain hotel on the highest point in the ski area. You can reach us only by gondola and/or skis. You can park your car in the valley in the parking area of the Hochzillertal lift or in its underground garage (free).
Can we take a ride on a slope grooming machine/ Ski-Doo?
No, these are utility vehicles... outings on these vehicles are not permitted.
